Shipping

All US orders ship for the following flat rates:

Small vessels: $5 / Medium vessels: $ 10 /Large vessels: $15 (excluding AK and HI - please contact me if you are shipping to one of these states). Orders usually ship the same day or next day, but please allow up to 5 business days for your package to be dispatched. All shipments will be insured against damage during transit. For expedited shipping, please contact me; in all likelihood I can make sure your order gets to you quickly.

International Shipping

I cannot currently process international orders via the checkout system on this site. Contact me if you are outside of the USA and would like to make a purchase. Please be aware of a few things: Shipping is probably going to be fairly costly due to the weight of ceramic pieces and the need for protective packaging; sometimes the cost of shipping will exceed the cost of the goods purchased. Any additional fees due upon delivery (taxes, customs, etc.) will be the recipient’s responsibility. There will be no refunds or exchange credit issued for pieces that are damaged during transit to locations outside of the USA. I will do my absolute best to package your order with care (and thus far all of the packages I have sent outside of the US have arrived safely and unbroken) but I cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs to products shipped internationally, so order at your own risk. To get a shipping quote, send me your address and let me know which piece(s) you want and I will have a quote for you as soon as possible. 

 

Returns

All sales are final. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have if you are unsure about a potential purchase. Each piece is handmade and there are often intentional cracks, lumps and bumps in my work. Some pieces may have sharp edges-please be careful when handling them. They look handmade, so they are in no way perfect or mass produced looking objects. No two will be exactly alike. I take care to accurately represent colors in my photographs, but since every computer is configured differently colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged or broken, but please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and provide pictures of both the broken item(s) and the condition of the packaging when you received your shipment. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages; please contact the shipping carrier to resolve.
